Philipp Friedrich Theodor Meckel (* 30. April 1755 in Berlin; † 17. März 1803 in Halle) war ein deutscher Mediziner. Er war Prosektor in Straßburg und wurde 1779 Professor der Anatomie, Chirurgie und Geburtshilfe in Halle an der Saale.
